These are not the developer terms yet: Lampbox's lawyers are writing them, and this page will show them when they're ready.

What they'll cover, at least: games made for children in schools; no collection of students' personal data by a game (Lampbox's SDK hands a game questions and grades its answers, and never tells it who is playing); content standards; and what happens to a studio's games if it leaves.
